You can also request the deletion of all your data outside the Polinize platform at any time (check our Privacy Policy to see which data we collect and share). To do this, please follow the steps below for your request to be processed:
- Fill out the email field (the email should be the same one used for your registration on the Polinize platform).
- You will receive a link in your email, which, when clicked, will delete all the information from your account on the Polinize platform.
- Done! Your data has been deleted from our platform. Please note that if you have an active subscription, you should go directly to the Google Play or Apple Pay page and cancel it manually. Subscriptions to the platform must be canceled directly in their respective stores (Google Play or Apple Pay). If you don’t cancel the active subscription, you will continue to be charged.
Note: If you only want to request the deletion of your ad, please select the option ‘Only delete ad’
If you want to delete your account inside the platform, follow the next steps:
- Go to Main Menu -> Security -> Delete Account (if you have an active subscription, you will be required to cancel your subscription first)
If you want to delete your Ad inside the platform, follow the next steps:
- Go to Main Menu -> My Ads -> Click the Trash icon
