1. What does this Privacy Policy apply to
1.1. Application. Our Privacy Policy applies to data provided by you and collected when you create an account, post advertisements or browse the POLINIZE platform.
1.2. No Application. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party platforms, even if you access them through links contained on the POLINIZE platform. THE POLINIZE PLATFORM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE PLATFORMS AND CONTENT AND, FURTHER, DOES NOT SHARE, SUBSCRIBE, MONITOR, VALIDATE OR ACCEPT THE WAY IN WHICH THESE PLATFORMS OR CONTENT STORAGE TOOLS COLLECT, PROCESS AND TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. We recommend that you consult their respective privacy policies to be adequately informed about the use of your personal information by other platforms or other tools.
2. Information collected, received and stored
The following information is collected, received and stored by the POLINIZE platform:
a) Account information. When you create an account on the POLINIZE platform we collect the following information: your name, email address, password, telephone number. This information will be stored in the POLINIZE platform databases;
b) Authentication service information. If you choose to log in to the POLINIZE platform through a third-party authentication service, such as Google, it may receive and store additional information from your profile or other information authorized by the service provider; When authenticating through a third-party service, the platform will automatically create an account to access its resources.
c) Advertising information. When you publish an advertisement on the POLINIZE platform, information about the advertised product/service will be disclosed and made public. For publishing advertisements, we collect and store the following information:

means of contact, which may/may be: telephone number, whatsapp number, telegram number or contact, link to instagram, link to facebook, link to youtube, link to Twitter, location address of your store/business (if you wish to make it public);

Please note that the public information present in your ad will be available to any user, registered or not, of the POLINIZE platform.
d) Transactional information. When subscribing to our ad serving services, the user’s credit card number will not be processed within the POLINIZE platform, third-party services (payment processing platforms) will be used for this purpose (for example, Google Play’s billing system, for subscriptions made within the application downloaded from the Play Store or Stripe for subscriptions within the web platform). Transactional transactions relating to the subscription to our services will also be handled by the adopted payment processing platform. The POLINIZE platform will only store information about the status of each subscription (for example, active, inactive, canceled, start date, end date, etc.) and information necessary to associate them with their respective users. The payment processing platforms used on the POLINIZE platform process personal data in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD) for Brazilian users, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom. e) Personal information for personalizing ads displayed by Google AdMob. The POLINIZE platform uses Google AdMob for advertising. Google AdMob may collect personal information to personalize the ads displayed. Google AdMob processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) for Brazilian users, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK. For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, users will be asked for their consent to use cookies or other local storage and to collect, share and use personal data to personalize ads. This policy reflects the requirements of the EU ePrivacy Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For Brazilian users, the processing of personal data is governed by the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD).
f) Information for customer service. If you need to contact our customer service department, the POLINIZE platform may collect and store the personal information necessary to fulfill your request and contact you, as well as information about your communications with it;
g) IP addresses. Your IP address and other data relating to your connection may be used/stored to personalize our services and help understand how users use our platform. Our platform may block access to its services for users from specific locations (for example, countries or regions), identified according to their IP. IP addresses with suspicious or abusive activities on the platform may also be blocked (for example, IPs that generate numerous requests to our services in a small window of time).
h) Information collected automatically. The POLINIZE platform may receive and record information from your device on our servers, such as Advertising Identifier from Android, iOS or other similar operating systems, as well as location data received from the device’s sensors. In addition to this data, we may also collect data about advertising on the device, including clicks made from it, impressions and time spent on advertising. Complying with transparency requirements, we detail below the data from your device that may be collected if you use our platform:

Anonymous device advertising identifiers, mobile device attributes and applications installed on the respective device;

Note that the POLINIZE platform may allow third parties, such as advertising and statistical service providers (such as Google AdMob), to collect any of the information specified in this item, using this type of technology directly on their websites.
3. Use of Information
The information is collected by the POLINIZE platform as provided for in this Privacy Policy with the aim of providing our services appropriately. This information is essential for:

Create and manage accounts you may have with us, verify your identity, resolve technical difficulties and enable or disable features;

Customize offers and experiences on the platform, making your experience with us as personalized as possible, within the limits of applicable legislation;

4. Monitoring
The POLINIZE platform may provide a copy of any stored information to the competent authorities, regardless of communication to users, for the purposes of cooperation in investigations, inquiries, judicial or administrative proceedings.
5. Information Sharing
The POLINIZE platform may share your personal information with business partners and service providers, who are relevant for the purpose of enabling the provision of services. Said sharing occurs based on the following criteria and for the purposes described below:

Transfer of Assets: If the POLINIZE platform is reorganized or sold and all or substantially all assets are transferred to a new owner, your personal information may be transferred to the buyer regardless of your authorization to ensure continuity of services;

6. User Control

6.1. Access, correction and deletion. It is possible to correct (with the exception of email) any information provided when creating an account by accessing the “My Account” menu on the platform. The email address entered cannot be changed, and only one email address can be registered for each account. If your account was created through an identity provider (e.g. Google Sign-In), you can also disable or change your account information through the settings offered by that identity provider. To delete your information on the POLINIZE platform, you must access the “Security” => “Delete Account” menu. Alternatively, you can request the deletion of your data through the link https://www.polinizeblackbee.com/data-deletion. Access to information registered on the platform can be accessed at any time by logging in. Alternatively, you may request personal data processed in our system, in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), for Brazilian users, and in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and European Union ePrivacy Directive, for European users. The request can be made by accessing the platform, through the “Help” menu => “Request for your personal data”.
7. User Responsibilities
7.1. Information in Advertisements. Any information users share in advertisements is their own responsibility. Information related to advertisements will be available to any user, registered or not, of the POLINIZE platform. In this way, all information made available in user advertisements will be public.
7.2. Published Information. Any information that users provide in their advertisements is their own responsibility. You should carefully consider the risks of making certain statements or publishing personal information (for example, in your ad description). The POLINIZE platform is not responsible for acts of third parties that occur as a result of the information you have made publicly available.
8. User Rights
Users have some rights with regard to their personal data and can exercise them by requesting them via the form available on the platform, located in the “Help” menu => “Request for your personal data”. Such rights are:

Confirmation of the existence of personal data processing: Upon user request, the POLINIZE platform will grant confirmation of the existence of personal data processing, in accordance with applicable legislation;

Access to personal data: The user can request access to their personal data collected and stored by the POLINIZE platform;

Correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data: The user may, at any time, change and edit their personal data and those of their advertisements by logging into their account;

Data deletion: The user may, at any time, request the anonymization, blocking or elimination of unnecessary, excessive or processed data that does not comply with applicable legislation;

Information on shared use of data: This Privacy Policy describes the personal data sharing activities through the POLINIZE platform. Revocation of consent: When we request your consent, the user may revoke it, at any time, by free and facilitated expression. The user acknowledges that all treatments carried out prior to the revocation of consent are ratified and that the revocation request will not imply the deletion of personal data previously processed and which are maintained by the POLINIZE platform based on others.
9. Data from Children and Adolescents
The POLINIZE platform does not intentionally collect or store personal data or information from people under 18 (eighteen) years of age. Upon notice or discovery, the platform will use all reasonable efforts to delete or destroy any personal information that may have been collected or stored without our knowledge or consent.
10. Interactions With Third Party Sites
We may serve advertisements that contain links to websites on the Internet. THE POLINIZE PLATFORM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE SITES AND CONTENT AND, FURTHER, DOES NOT SHARE, SUBSCRIBE, MONITOR OR VALIDATE THE WAY IN WHICH THESE SITES OR CONTENT STORAGE TOOLS COLLECT, PROCESS AND TRANSFER YOUR PERSONAL AND PRIVATE INFORMATION. We recommend that you consult the respective privacy policies of such websites to be adequately informed regarding the use of your personal information.
11. Termination of Treatment
This Privacy Policy applies to the circumstances mentioned above throughout the period in which the POLINIZE platform stores your data.
We store and maintain your information:

until the end of the processing of personal data, as mentioned below; or

for the time necessary to preserve the legitimate interest of the POLINIZE platform.
